Seize the day

Almost two years have passed since we decided to undertake this new and ambitious project; every day time marks our days wisely accompanied by aromas, flavors and sensations that leave room for the imagination, that of seeing these enchanted places relive as in the past.

My philosophy professor always told me: Giorgio, seize the moment and don't think too much about time ... so much does that not exist ... listen carefully, time is only the extension of the soul.
