The challenge: to revolutionize the concept of "espalier farming" by experimenting with innovative agronomic techniques and diversified qualities such as: Favolosa (FS17), Lecciana, Arbequina, 01, 07, Manzanilla, Coratina, Nocellara del Belice, Oliana, Don Carlo together with “Quality under study and experimentation”.
